The Galleria degli Archi is a newly built commercial and business center located in the third sector of the Olbia Industrial Zone. Over time, the area has undergone a radical transformation, shifting from an industrial district to a commercial and business hub. Following the area’s conversion, the structure’s original design was modified several times to reach its current configuration. It now consists of a single building totaling approximately 6,000 square meters, spread across two floors and divided into 42 units designed for retail spaces and offices. The various units are accessed via two galleries or corridors that run longitudinally through the building, dividing the interior space into three sectors of roughly equal width.

The modules (shops and offices) shown in the floor plans are available exclusively for rent and can be customized in size to meet specific space requirements. The external areas are dedicated to traffic flow and parking, alongside specifically designated green spaces.

The site of the new complex covers over 11,000 square meters and occupies a highly strategic position. It directly overlooks the main entry road into the city and the primary junctions for the port, the airport, and the Costa Smeralda. These routes guarantee easy accessibility and high visibility, thanks to the significant volume of daily traffic.
