The Belvedere residential complex is situated on a plot of land totaling approximately 4 hectares. Located in the Municipality of Olbia, in the Pittulongu area, it sits in a panoramic position just a few steps from the Olbia/Golfo Aranci provincial road, about 800 meters from the sea and 5 km from Olbia. It offers an enchanting sea view that, starting from the Pittulongu coast, embraces the islands of Tavolara and Figarolo all the way to the port of Golfo Aranci.

The design, entrusted to Architect Gottardo Virdis, had nature as its main protagonist, thanks to the land rich in Mediterranean vegetation, the immense and splendid panorama, and the prominent position facing the long beaches of fine, white sand. Rocks, granites, and Mediterranean plants combine with structural elements and building finishes made of the same stone. The wooden trusses will feature aged paintwork as an ornamental complement, recalling the typical architectural style of the Costa Smeralda.

The creation of pathways connected to green spaces and recreational areas, such as the dedicated pool area, establishes the perfect friendly and serene atmosphere for a thoroughly relaxing holiday. All of this is achieved with complete respect for nature, through careful research and selection of construction technologies and materials.

The project is divided into four functional phases: the latest building development holds a dominant position with a splendid panoramic view over the crystal-clear sea, in addition to its proximity to the beautiful beaches of Lo Squalo, Il Pellicano, and La Playa.
